phycal effort

in france the physical effort is very high and have been increasing throgh the pass of the years
This trend is very similar to that of occupational risks: the proportion of employees who suffer more than two risks have increased in a several way. as we know france has a good economy today but if it continues like this exploiting the workes it will go down.

in my opinion, france is passing throgh a very hard time according to the woriking area since the past few years working conditions in France have deteriorated. Work organisation has become very complex and restrictive. Work rates and rhythms are gettin faster and faster each time, work is more repetitive, mental stress is growing. The numbers of occupational accidents and illnesses are also rising. big comppanys do not hire the best qualified people, they hire the cheapest ones and this is terrrible. why an important country do that? is the money every thing to them? they should take a very deep look to this terrible trouble.
